Collaborative Behavior Change
Harmony in Motion was founded on the belief that meaningful behavioral change doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens through connection, collaboration, and a shared understanding of what matters most to the people we support.
After years of working alongside individuals, families, educators, and professionals, we saw how powerful behavioral science can be when it is approached collaboratively. Lasting change is rarely the result of one person having all the answers. It develops when we take the time to listen, understand the context surrounding behavior, identify meaningful goals together, and create strategies that are practical, compassionate, and sustainable in everyday life.
That belief became the foundation for Harmony in Motion.
The name reflects the philosophy behind our work: progress is not about perfection or compliance. It is about helping people, families, and teams move toward greater alignment—where individual needs, environments, relationships, and meaningful goals can work together rather than against one another.
At Harmony in Motion, behavioral change is a collaborative process. We bring the science of behavior to the table while recognizing that families, caregivers, educators, organizations, and individuals bring invaluable expertise of their own. By combining those perspectives, we can better understand why challenges are occurring and develop solutions that fit the person and the environment—not simply the problem.
Our goal is to create change that extends beyond a consultation, training, or behavior plan. We want the people we work with to leave with greater understanding, stronger skills, and the confidence to continue creating meaningful change long after our work together ends.
Harmony in Motion was built to make behavioral science feel human, collaborative, and applicable to real life—because the most meaningful progress happens when we move forward together.
